Every array sits differently
Height, tilt and dust decide how we reach it, and how often.

A pitched roof, a rack in a field, a flat commercial roof, a carport over the parking: the water and brushes stay the same, but the ladder, the reach and the dust change with each.
Which array is yours?
Rooftop arrays on homesPitched roofs of 15 to 40 panels, reached by ladder, washed with water-fed poles and checked panel by panel.
Ground-mounted arraysRacks in yards and fields sit close to dust, weeds and animals; we wash them from the ground, no ladder needed.
Commercial flat roofsLow-tilt rows on flat roofs hold dust and water longer; we wash, inspect and report under a per-kW contract.
HOAs and townhomesOne schedule for many owners: shared roofs washed on consecutive mornings, with photos for each unit.
Farms and ranchesBarn roofs and ground racks beside fields and gravel lanes: heavy dust, animals, and washes timed to field work.
Carports and canopiesRaised arrays over parking and patios, reached by lift or tall ladder and washed with the bays below cleared.
How does access change things?
| Array | How we reach it | Price note |
|---|---|---|
| Rooftop homes | Ladder, poles, a harness above walkable pitch | From $149; two-story or steep can add $25 to $50 |
| Ground mounts | From the ground, no ladder | $20 less than a rooftop wash |
| Commercial flat roofs | Roof access arranged with the building | From $9 per kW a year |
| HOAs and townhomes | Roof by roof on one schedule | Each home priced by its panel count |
| Farms and ranches | Ground racks and barn roofs | Travel quoted beyond the service area |
| Carports and canopies | Ladders from the paving, poles from below | Confirmed from a photo |
