When is one wash enough?

When your array is steep, rinsed by storms and mostly holds its output, one wash after a dusty stretch or a messy spring is often all it needs. Many owners start here and decide later.

How does the one visit run?

  • When you book

    Photo and quote

Send a roof photo or your address; we confirm the price from a satellite view.

  • Day before

    Baseline read

We pull your last 30 days of production, so the wash has a before.

  • Wash morning

    Rinse and look

Pure water and soft brushes, with every module checked and photographed.

  • Same day

    Photos sent

Before and after shots of every row, plus any notes for your installer.

  • Within a week

    Your numbers

The next clear days compared against the baseline we read.

What is in the plan?

  • A full four-pass visit: read, look, rinse, prove
  • Pure water at air temperature, soft brushes, no soap
  • The glass-level check at no extra cost
  • Before and after photos of every row
  • A clear-day production comparison against your baseline
  • A plain note on when, or whether, to book the next one

Example: a first wash in Wheat Ridge

A single-story brick ranch in Wheat Ridge with 16 panels on a south roof, eight years old and never washed. The owner books one wash in late September after a dry, smoky August. The crew rinses off a grey film and a band of dust along the bottom edge, and the glass-level check finds nothing to fix. The report suggests one wash a year, with no plan needed.

Is it right for you?

A good fit

  • Arrays that have never been washed since install
  • Owners who want to see a wash in their own numbers before committing
  • Homes going on the market, alongside a home sale report

Probably not

  • Roofs that film over twice a year under trees or near fields; the two-season plan costs less
  • Owners who want someone watching the numbers between washes; see year-round care

What do people ask about this plan?

What does a single wash cost?

From $149 for up to 20 panels, plus $5 for each panel over 20, so a 26-panel roof starts at $179. Two-story roofs and steep pitches can add $25 to $50. We confirm the price from a photo or satellite view before we book.

Will I be signed up for a plan?

No. A single wash is one visit and one bill. Your photo report suggests a month for the next wash, and you book again only if and when you choose. Nothing renews, and we do not chase you with reminders.

Is the inspection included?

The glass-level check is, at no extra cost: we look at every module for cracks, browning, loose clips and nests while we wash. A separate visual inspection with a full photo report starts at $129 if you need one on its own.

Can I move to a plan later?

Yes, any time. Many owners book one wash, compare the clear days in their own app, and then decide whether a plan is worth it. Your first visit’s photos and baseline carry over, so the next wash starts with a before.
