Where is the array?
Best time for the visit
For example: any weekday next week, not Friday
Gate codes, dogs, a steep spot, your inverter brand.

We use these details only to reply and to plan the visit. Read our privacy policy.

What do we need from you?

Four things make the morning go smoothly.

  • Panel count

Count from the ground, or read it off your app’s panel view.

  • A roof photo

One shot from the street or yard, so we can price height and pitch.

  • Gate code and pets

Side gate open or coded, dogs inside, a clear spot for the ladder.

  • App access

A read-only view or a 30-day screenshot, so we can compare before and after.

What should I know first?

How soon can you come?

It depends on the season. Late spring and late summer book up first, because that is when most Front Range roofs need a wash. When we reply, we offer the first open mornings that suit your roof and the forecast, and you choose one.

Can I book just one wash?

Yes. A single wash starts at $149 for up to 20 panels and includes the glass-level check, photos and the production comparison. If you want a second visit later in the year, the two-season plan can take over from there.

What if my app shows no loss?

Then we tell you before you pay for anything. If your clear-day output matches the same weeks last year and nothing shows from the ground, a wash can wait, and we suggest the month when it is more likely to be worth it.

What if it rains on the day?

We move it. A wet roof is slick, and lightning or high wind makes ladders and long poles unsafe, so we do not push through. If the forecast looks wrong, we email the evening before and offer the next workable morning at no charge.
