What does year-round care cover?

Everything we do, on one plan: two pure-water washes timed to the seasons, a full visual inspection report each spring, and output watch reading your app every week in between.

What happens through the year?

  • April

    Spring inspection

A full visual check after winter snow and ice, with a dated photo report.

  • Late June

    Early summer wash

Pollen and cottonwood rinsed off before the longest days of the year.

  • September

    Late-summer wash

Dust, ash and smoke film cleared while the autumn sun is still high.

  • Every week

    Output watch

Clear-day output read against expected, with an alert if it drops.

  • January

    Year summary

One page with the year’s production, visits and findings.

What is in the plan?

  • Two four-pass washes on mornings we confirm two weeks ahead
  • A spring visual inspection with a full photo report
  • Output watch: weekly reads of your app and a monthly note
  • An email or text when clear-day output drops below threshold
  • A year summary for your system records
  • Wash dates moved free when smoke, hail or snow makes them pointless

Example: an Evergreen roof among pines

A foothills home near Evergreen with 30 panels on a steep metal roof, ringed by ponderosa pines. The April inspection photographs needles packed under the bottom rows. In July, output watch flags two weeks below 80% of expected with no single panel lagging, which points to film rather than a fault. The late-summer wash moves up to early August, and the next monthly note compares the clear days that follow.

Is it right for you?

A good fit

  • Owners who want one crew looking after the array all year
  • Systems with an app that can share a read-only view
  • Homes under pines or near open fields, where film builds twice a year

Probably not

  • Systems with no app or data to share; the two-season plan fits better
  • Commercial roofs; see the commercial care contract

What do people ask about this plan?

What does year-round care cost?

From $389 a year for up to 20 panels. Bought separately, two single washes, an inspection and a year of output watch would start at $556. Arrays over 20 panels add $5 a panel per wash, and we confirm the price from a photo of your roof.

Why is the inspection in spring?

Because winter is hard on arrays here: sliding snow, ice and freeze-thaw can shift clips and push debris under rows. An April look also gives you a dated record before hail season, which helps if you ever need to show an insurer what the panels looked like.

What if hail hits mid-year?

Call or email and we book a storm check, from $119, on the first dry morning the roof is safe to reach. Your April report gives a dated before, so the storm photos have something to be compared against.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There is no long contract: the plan renews yearly and you can cancel any time before the next visit. If you cancel partway through, you pay the single prices for the visits and monitoring months you used, and nothing more.

Do I have to share my password?

No. Most apps let you share a read-only view or add a viewer from the settings screen, and that is all we ask for. We never need your password, and we never change a setting on your inverter.

Want this on your roof?

Tell us the address and roughly how many panels. We confirm the price from a photo first.
