The terms, in plain English
What we promise, what we do not, and how bookings work.

Who these terms are between
These terms apply to every wash, inspection, report and monitoring plan provided by Boosted Clean Solar LLC (“Boosted Clean”, “we”, “us”), 13949 West Colfax Avenue, Suite 165, Lakewood, CO 80401, to you, the customer. By booking a visit or a plan, you agree to them.
If anything in a written quote we send you differs from these terms, the quote wins for that job.

Prices and quotes
Prices on our website are indicative and shown as “from” prices. We confirm your price before booking, after we see a photo or a satellite view of your array. Two-story roofs and steep pitches can add $25 to $50, and travel beyond our service area is quoted separately.
If the array on the day differs from what we quoted, for example more panels or a steeper roof, we tell you the new price before starting. You can accept it or cancel that visit at no charge.
Access and your part
You agree to:
- confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work;
- give us safe access to the array and a place to set a ladder, plus any gate code;
- keep pets indoors or secured during the visit;
- tell us about anything we should know: fragile roofing, known leaks, recent hail, a damaged panel, or a system that has been switched off;
- if you want us to read your production data, give us read-only access to your monitoring app.
You do not need to be home, but someone should be reachable by phone.
Safety and stopping work
Our crew decides whether it is safe to work. We may decline to start, or stop partway, if there is lightning, high wind, rain, ice, frost or snow on the roof, heat that makes the glass too hot to wash, a roof we judge unsafe or too fragile to walk, an unsecured animal, or any other hazard.
If we stop before starting, there is no charge. If we stop partway, we come back to finish at no extra charge, or charge only for the panels we completed if you prefer not to rebook.
We never stand on panels, remove snow from rooftop arrays, or install critter guards.
What an inspection is
Our inspections, storm checks and reports are visual only. We look at the glass, frames, racking and the area around the array, take photos and write down what we see.
They are not an electrical, structural, roofing or insurance assessment, and they are not a certification of the system. We do not open junction boxes, test wiring, or measure electrical output with instruments. Some faults cannot be seen from the outside. A report describes what we saw on the day of the visit; we recommend you take electrical concerns to your installer or a licensed electrician, roof concerns to a roofer, and claims to your insurer.
No promised output gain
We do not promise any increase in your solar production. Results depend on how dirty the panels were, the weather and the condition of your system. We show you how to compare your own numbers before and after, and we say so when a wash is unlikely to make a difference.
Weather and rescheduling
Front Range weather moves fast. We may reschedule a visit because of weather, smoke, hail or unsafe conditions, and we tell you as early as we can, usually the day before. Weather rescheduling is always free.
When we reschedule, we offer the next suitable morning and work with you on a time.
Cancelling a visit or plan
You can cancel or move a single visit free of charge up to 24 hours before it is due. If you cancel later than that, or we arrive and cannot get access, we may charge a trip fee of up to $50.
Residential plans have no long contract. You can cancel any time before the next visit. If you cancel a plan after a visit has taken place, you pay the single-visit price for the work already done and nothing more. Monthly monitoring can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Payment
We invoice by email after each visit, and payment is due within 14 days. Yearly plans are billed at the start of the plan year unless we agree otherwise in writing. Commercial contracts follow the payment terms in the contract.
Monitoring plans
Monitoring depends on your inverter or app sending data. We are not responsible for gaps caused by your internet connection, the manufacturer’s service, or changes to your app. We look for patterns that suggest a problem and tell you about them, but monitoring cannot catch every fault, and it does not replace your installer’s own monitoring or warranty service.
You can revoke our read-only access at any time; doing so ends the monitoring part of your plan.
If something goes wrong
If you think our work caused damage, tell us as soon as you notice, ideally within 14 days, with photos. We will look at it promptly and fairly. Our before photos help everyone see what was there already.
We are not responsible for damage or defects that existed before our visit, hidden faults we could not see, normal wear, or problems in work done by others.
Limits on liability
To the extent Colorado law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a visit or plan is limited to the amount you paid for that visit or plan year. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost energy production or lost savings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our guides and website
The field guide, journal and tools on this website are general information. They are not electrical, roofing, insurance or legal advice, and your panel maker’s manual always comes first. Our output check gives estimates, not promises.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking will be heard in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. Questions go to office@boostedclean.com or (720) 633-1760.
