City roofs, early mornings

We come in from Lakewood on set days, before traffic builds.

A cluster of clear glass blocks arranged like a low city skyline on white plaster, catching bright sun.

Which days are you in Denver?

Usually Tuesdays and Thursdays: west and central neighborhoods on Tuesday, east and south on Thursday. It keeps drive time down and lets us start at first light in summer. Other days work when the route allows.

Where in Denver do you work?

Every neighborhood, often these:

  • Park Hill
  • Washington Park
  • Highland
  • Central Park (formerly Stapleton)
  • University
  • Sloan’s Lake
  • Berkeley
  • Platt Park
  • Virginia Village
  • Harvey Park

What lands on Denver panels?

  • Traffic grime

Near I-25, I-70 and the busy arterials, an oily grey film builds through summer.

  • River cottonwoods

Fluff from the South Platte and Cherry Creek corridors drifts onto nearby roofs in June.

  • Elm seeds

Papery Siberian elm seeds pile into the gap at the bottom of each row in spring.

  • City pigeons

Skedaddle Wildlife Control names pigeons the most frequent solar wildlife issue around Denver.

When can you get here?

  • 20 to 40 minutes

    Drive time

From West Colfax via Sixth Avenue or I-70, depending on the neighborhood.

  • Tuesday and Thursday

    Route days

What do Denver owners ask?

Where will your truck park?

On the street or in your driveway, close to the ladder spot. The truck carries its own pure water, so we run a hose from it rather than using your tap. On tight blocks in Highland or Wash Park, a cleared curb space the evening before helps a great deal.

Do you wash low bungalow roofs?

Yes. Single-story bungalows and ranches in Harvey Park, Virginia Village and University often need only a short ladder and water-fed poles from the ground, which keeps the visit quick. A wash starts from $149 for up to 20 panels, with travel included.

Can you report on panels before a sale?

Yes. The home sale solar report, from $199, gives buyers and agents photos of every panel, glass-level notes and a summary of recent production from the owner’s app. Book it a week or two before listing, so the report is ready for the first showing.
